Interesting question... I just think of lack of curiosity... disinterest... But you&#039;re you&#039;re right; laziness/sloth could definitely be a cause or contributing factor. Feeling curiosity is part of it... making the effort to follow where it leads is the other part. And without that part the first is just... 
Idle curiosity.
